This Agreement is between Pike Township, Marion County of Indianapolis (hereinafter referred to as "Township") on behalf of the Pike Township Fire Department (hereinafter referred to as "Department") and the Pike Township Professional Firefighters Association, Local 416 (herein referred to as "Association"). The general purpose of this agreement is to set forth the salary and fringe benefit structure applicable to certain fire fighters employed in Pike Township and to promote orderly and peaceful labor relations for the mutual interest of the Township, the Department and the Association. It is hereby recognized that in this agreement where it states "his" it is referring to "his/her".
