This Development Agreement for Insight Park Highlands (the “Insight Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2018, by and among the City of North Las Vegas, a municipal corporation within the State of Nevada (the “City”), Insight Park Highlands, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Insight PH”), and PH Consulting Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“PHCS”). Insight PH and PHCS are also referenced together herein as “Owner” or “Insight.” Collectively, the City, Insight PH, and PHCS may be referred to as the “Parties.”
