This Agreement entered into as of the first day of July, 2016, by and between the Town of Voluntown, hereinafter referred to as the “employer” and the Voluntown Highway Department Employees and Town Hall Employees Local 1303-258 of Council 4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
