PURPOSE: The purpose of the SNS/CRI grant is to support state and local public health’s ability to receive, distribute and dispense medical countermeasures to the affected population. Security and transportation are a primary focus of an SNS deployment. The SNS Law Enforcement Summit provides a venue where Federal, State, District and Local partners are afforded an opportunity to discuss roles and responsibilities to ensure an efficient and effective response.
