This Subaward Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (“Department”) and [INSERT] (“Subrecipient”). This Agreement is subject to the following terms and conditions as well as Attachment A (Scope of Work), Attachment B (Project Budget), Attachment C (Reporting and Closeout Obligations), Attachment D (Certifications and Assurances), the Alabama Capital Projects Fund Application submitted by the Subrecipient (“Application”), the Alabama Capital Projects Fund Application Guide (“Application Guide”), and the Alabama Capital Projects Fund Program Guide (“Program Guide”), each of which is hereby incorporated by reference as part of this Agreement.
