Madison Street, MSC 110, Caldwell Building, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399, and ENTERPRISE FLORIDA, INC. (“EFI”), located at 800 North Magnolia Avenue, Suite 1100, Orlando, FL 32803. DEO and EFI are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
