It is the desire of the above mentioned parties to co-operate and work harmoniously together in promoting their mutual interest in the operation of the Company’s plant at 200 Fairview Road, Barrie, ON. It is their desire to provide orderly procedure for collective bargaining, orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory working conditions.
