This Agreement is entered into as of July 1, 2021 between the County of White Pine, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as the "County” and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 3, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union." It is the intent and purpose of the Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which mayarise, and to set forth herein, pursuant to the provisions of NRS 288 the basic and full agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
