THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 2008, by and between the CITY OF MARGATE CITY, in the County of Atlantic, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey hereinafter called the “City,” and FIREMEN’S MUTUAL BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, LOCAL NO. 41, duly appointed representative of the Fire Department of the City of Margate City, hereinafter called the “Association,” represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the City and the Association.
