Food Waiver and Indemnification Agreement • April 26th, 2019

It is the Hotel’s policy to allow food tradeshows to take place on the Hotel’s premises. The Hotel recognizes that, in connection with food tradeshows, food tradeshow vendors will purchase food from sources other than the Hotel. Food tradeshow vendors may also want to use the Hotel’s kitchen facilities, which is not permitted, to prepare and serve food during the tradeshow to the tradeshow guests. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning or other health hazards. Food tradeshow vendors are not permitted to use open flames (no butane, propane, ethane or methane gas) to cook on Hotel property. Food tradeshow vendors are allowed to use the following sources to cook: induction burners, microwave ovens, and electric toaster ovens. Hotel has the right to remove any unsafe cooking sources during the event. In the event Vendor or its employees or agents damage any of the Hotel’s property, Vendor agrees to promptly pay for all costs and expenses associated with the repair or replaced
