Food tradeshow vendors are not permitted to use open flames (no butane, propane, ethane or methane gas) to cook on Hotel property. Food tradeshow vendors are allowed to use the following sources to cook: induction burners, microwave ovens, and electric toaster ovens. Hotel has the right to remove any unsafe cooking sources during the event. In the event Vendor or its employees or agents damage any of the Hotel’s property, Vendor agrees to promptly pay for all costs and expenses associated with the repair or replaced
