It is the Hotel’s policy to allow food tradeshows to take place on the Hotel’s premises. The Hotel recognizes that, in connection with food tradeshows, food tradeshow vendors will purchase food from sources other than the Hotel. Food tradeshow vendors may also want to use the Hotel’s kitchen facilities to prepare and serve food during the tradeshow to the tradeshow guests. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning or other health hazards. Therefore, the Hotel may only allow a food tradeshow vendor to participate in a food tradeshow at the Hotel, if such food tradeshow vendor acknowledges by its signature below, its agreement to accept the responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

It is the policy of this Hotel to discourage Hotel patrons from purchasing (a) food from sources other than the Hotel, (b) using the Hotel facilities to prepare food, and (c) serving food to Hotel patrons. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning and other health hazards. However, the Hotel recognizes that for religious or other special reasons a Hotel patron may have, it may be necessary to permit such purchase, preparation or service. In the event that a patron insists on the purchase, preparation or serving of food by persons other than Hotel employees, the Hotel may allow such activity or activities only if such patron acknowledges, by its signature below, its agreement to accept responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

It is the Hotel’s policy to allow food tradeshows to take place on the Hotel’s premises. The Hotel recognizes that, in connection with food tradeshows, food tradeshow vendors will purchase food from sources other than the Hotel. Food tradeshow vendors may also want to use the Hotel’s kitchen facilities, which is not permitted, to prepare and serve food during the tradeshow to the tradeshow guests. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning or other health hazards. Food tradeshow vendors are not permitted to use open flames (no butane, propane, ethane or methane gas) to cook on Hotel property. Food tradeshow vendors are allowed to use the following sources to cook: induction burners, microwave ovens, and electric toaster ovens. Hotel has the right to remove any unsafe cooking sources during the event. In the event Vendor or its employees or agents damage any of the Hotel’s property, Vendor agrees to promptly pay for all costs and expenses associated with the repair or replaced

Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning and other health hazards. However, the Hilton Adelaide recognizes that special reasons a Hilton Adelaide guest may have, it may be necessary to permit such preparation and service. The Hilton Adelaide may allow such service only if such guest acknowledges, by their signature below, its agreement to accept the responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in this agreement.

In the event that a patron insists on purchasing food from sources other than the Hotel or insists on the preparation or serving of food by persons other than Hotel employees, the Hotel may allow such activity or activities only if such patron acknowledges, by its signature below, its agreement to accept the responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

It is the policy of Town and Country Resort (the “Hotel”) to discourage Hotel patrons from purchasing (a) food from sources other than the Hotel, (b) using the Hotel facilities to prepare food, and (c) serving food to Hotel patrons. Improper handling of food may lead to personal injuries including death. However, the Hotel recognizes that on religious and other unusual occasions, to the Hotel may in its sole discretion permit such purchase, preparation or service from time to time. The Hotel has agreed to allow such activity or activities by the patron identified below on the condition that the patron agrees, by its signature below, to accept full responsibility for the effects of food preparation and/or service, to indemnify the Hotel and the other parties identified below, and to abide by the other terms set forth in this Agreement.
