The accompanying Summary of Terms is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Inaddition, the application, acceptance certificate or other request you signed or submitted for this Account (the “Application”), our Card and the Card Carrier that we send with your Card, and your signature (including any electronic or digital signature) on any Application, sales slip or other evidence of indebtedness on your Account, are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
