In this Agreement, the words “you,” “your,” “party,” and “Owner” mean any and all persons or entities who sign an Application for Membership, or any other document in connection with the opening or maintenance of any Account with Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union collectively, any such person or entity who maintains an Account with us, or any other person or entity authorized to use or having access to any such Account.
