This Contract shall become effective upon execution of this Agreement by SJRA and the Contractor, and shall remain in effect thru the work is approved as to complete by SJRA Division Representative. The Work to be undertaken and/or the supply of Goods pursuant to this Contract will be required to commence within fourteen (14) days of delivery of a notice to proceed, or issuance of a SJRA Purchase Order. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR shall make all reasonable efforts to complete the Work and the supply of the Goods as expeditiously as possible and to meet the schedule established by the both Parties. The Work and the supply of the Goods shall be accomplished per the Scope of Services as identified in the contract documents
