The Work to be undertaken and/or the supply of Goods pursuant to this Contract will be required to commence within fourteen (14) days of delivery of a notice to proceed, or issuance of a SJRA Purchase Order. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR shall make all reasonable efforts to complete the Work and the supply of the Goods as expeditiously as possible and to meet the schedule established by the both Parties.
