The following list sets forth the types of fees that are assessed to industrial development in the City of Manteca as of January 27, 2017 and anticipated to be in effect at the effective date of the Agreement (the “Fees”). The basis for each fee varies. Adjustments to Development Impact Fees are governed by Section 5.2 of the Agreement. Adjustments to Processing Fees are governed by Section 4.3 of the Agreement. Fees imposed by other agencies, including those collected by the City of Manteca, are not governed by the Agreement.
