This Agreement entered into by the Board of Education of the Township of Manchester, located in Ocean County, NJ, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or the “Employer”, and the Manchester Township Supportive Education Association, N.J.E.A., hereinafter referred to as the “Association”, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Board and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of Pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment. The effective date of this contract shall be July 1, 2010.
