This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2022, by and between Ramsey County and its Community Corrections Department (hereinafter the Department or the Employer) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 8 (General County Unit) (hereinafter the Union or AFSCME) on behalf of Assistant Probation Officers at the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Center facility.
