This Amended and Restated Development Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this _21_ day of JULY , 2020, by and between CITY OF BEAUMONT, a general law city and municipal corporation located in the County of Riverside, State of California ("City"), and MPLD II INLAND EMPIRE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability partnership ("Developer") pursuant to the authority of Sections 65864 et seq. of the California Government Code and Beaumont City Council Resolution No. 1987-34.
