This Agreement applies to all employees employed by the Employer in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, who are engaged in the direct production of breads, cakes, rolls, bagels, confectionery and kindred products save and except employees regularly employed for not more than hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period.
