WHEREAS the parties hereto have agreed to enter into these presents for the purpose of effectively defining the duties, privileges, working conditions, remuneration and other benefits respecting Local 772 employees of the Employer, at including all of the employees of the Employer who are employed, from time to time, Hamilton Place and First Ontario Centre and Hamilton Convention Centre in the classifications set forth in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
