This agreement entered into this _15th day of _November , 2011 by and between the Board of Fire Commissioners of Neptune Fire District #1, Neptune Township in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “Fire District”, and Neptune Uniformed Firefighters Local 2691 of the International Association of Firefighters AFL-CIO- CIC, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”. It is the purpose of this agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the Fire District and the Union; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustments of differences, which may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
