This Central Ura to US Dollar Master Swap Agreement (“Master Swap Agreement”) is between Neshuns Corporation Inc (“the Distributor”) of Ohio, and the Party/s stated on the Receipt, the Invoice, the Schedule, the Confirmation, or the party recorded as the counterparty on the signature page of this Agreement (“Counterparty”). The Distributor and the Counterparty (the Parties) have entered and/or anticipate entering into one or more transactions (each a “Swap Transaction”) that are or will be governed by this Agreement, which includes Receipt/s, Invoice/s, Schedule/s, Confirmation/s and other relevant confirming evidence (each a “Confirmation”) confirming the exchange between the parties or otherwise effective for confirming or evidencing those Swap Transactions.
