(herein referred to as GGI) warrants to the original purchaser that its specially designed LeafBlasterPRO gutter guard will be free from defects in manufactured parts, and agrees that it will, at its option only, either repair the defect or replace the defective part thereof with a new or reconditioned equivalent.
