Limited Parts Warranty – Commercial Gutter Incorporated (herein referred to as CGI) warrants to the original owner(s) that its specially designed Gutterglove® (herein referred to as GG) gutter guards will not be defective in manufactured parts, and agrees that it will, at its option only, either repair the broken part or replace it with a new or reconditioned equivalent. This Limited Warranty is valid for 25 years for the Gutterglove Pro Series and Gutterglove IceBreaker, and 15 years for Gutterglove Ultra, for their parts only and does not include cost of labor for re-installation or shipping costs. All of the above named items are subject to the following terms and conditions. No other warranty is expressed or implied in this Limited Warranty. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. (herein referred to as “GGI”) warrants to the owner (“Owner”) of its LeafBlaster Pro Gutter Guard (the “Product”) that it will be free from defects in manufactured parts and GGI will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defect or replace the defective part thereof with a new or reconditioned equivalent. This Limited Warranty is valid for forty (40) years for parts only and does not include any labor costs (for example, de-install/re-install labor), other associated costs or expenses (for example, hardware), or shipping costs. In Coastal Areas (defined hereinafter), this Limited Warranty is reduced to ten (10) years. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, the term “Coastal Areas” shall mean any location within five (5) miles of a shoreline, including, without limitation, shorelines associated with oceans, gulfs, seas, and lakes. No other warranties are expressed or implied in this Limited Warranty.

Gutterglove, Inc. (herein referred to as GGI) warrants to the original purchaser that its specially designed EasyOn Gutterguard will be free from defects in manufactured parts and agrees that it will, at its option only, either repair the defect or replace the defective part thereof with a new or reconditioned equivalent. This Limited Warranty is valid for 25 (twenty-five) years for parts only and does not include cost of labor for re-installation. In coastal areas, warran- ty is reduced to 5 (five) years for parts only. “Coastal areas” is defined as anywhere within 5 (five) miles of the coast. Shipping costs will be absorbed by the purchaser of EasyOn Gutterguard. The above named item is subject to the fol- lowing terms and conditions. This Limited Parts Warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) is part of and incorporated into the terms and conditions of sale applicable to the Product (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have those meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Terms and Conditions, Formetco warrants that the FTX LED Digital Screen identified on the Sales Agreement (the “Product”) shall, for ten (10) years from the date of shipment from Formetco’s facility (the “Limited Warranty Period”), (i) materially conform to the specifications designated in the Proposal/Sales Agreement (as amended by any Change Orders), subject to Formetco’s standard manufacturing variations, tolerances and classifications, and (ii) be free from material defect in material and workmanship.
