This Development Agreement for the Barnett Professional Plaza (the "Agreement") is made and entered into, effective as of the day of , 2018, by and between the City of Leander, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and Ishav Properties, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Developer”). The City and the Developer are sometimes referred to herein as the "Parties." The Parties agree as follows.
