, 2019 is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF MINOT, a North Dakota municipal corporation, whose principal address is P.O. Box 5006, 515 Second Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58702 (the “City”), and BLU ON BROADWAY, LLC, a North Dakota for-profit LLC, whose principal address is 400 10 St. SE, Minot, ND 58701 (“Developer”). The City and Developer are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
