LICENCE TO OCCUPY
Licence to Occupy • July 23rd, 2013

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations when you accept the University Accommodation on line, by post or by telephone, you have a 7 day cooling off period. This 7 day cooling off period starts on the day that you accept the Offer of University Accommodation and complete the acceptance process in full. If you contact Student Accommodation in writing (which includes e-‐mail) within this 7 day period to cancel your accommodation you will be released from the Licence to Occupy without financial obligation. THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS ONLY APPLY TO STUDENTS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”). If you are making an application outside of the EEA the 7 day cooling off period DOES NOT APPLY.
