ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (this “Agreement”) is made as of this day of , 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF COACHELLA, a public body, corporate and politic (“City”), and IMPERIAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a California irrigation district organized under the California Irrigation District Law (California Water Code Section 20500 et seq.) (“District”). District and City are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
