THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2006, by and between the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, (hereinafter referred to as the Board), and District 1199J, National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, with its offices at 9-25 Alling St. 3rd Floor, Newark, New Jersey 07102, (hereinafter referred to as the Union), is the final and complete understanding between the Board and the Union on all bargainable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Board and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
