This AGREEMENT is entered into by the Huntley Fire Protection District hereinafter called the “District” or the “Employer” and the Huntley Firefighters Union, Local No. 4106 of the International Association of Firefighters, AFL-CIO, CLC, hereinafter referred to as the “UNION” and has as its basic purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; to encourage and improve efficiency and productivity; to prevent interruptions of work and interference with the operations of the District.
