Marching Band is an extra-curricular activity outside of the classroom. Since band performances are outside of the classroom, and not a required activity, students who choose to participate must commit to being on time for ALL practices and performances. This will mean rearranging work schedules or other activities. Unlike sports teams, there is no way of substituting for players who do not attend or do not perform up to standard. Failure to participate will be detrimental to the overall Clearwater High School Tornado Band organization.
