This Development Agreement for the Leander 61 Development (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of the day of , 2019, by and between the City of Leander, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the “City”), and Ashton Austin Residential L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (“Developer”). The City and Developer are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”
