During the term of this Agreement, District will install or cause to be installed in the Right-of- way the Improvements including, but not limited to, trees, shrubs, grasses, irrigation systems, and hardscape features through its employees or duly authorized agents. Installations shall be performed in accordance with the Improvements plans approved by TxDOT.
