For many years, including by the time all Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) located in the City of Weston were constructed, The School Board of Broward County, Florida (SBBC) and the City of Weston (City) have maintained a long and valuable partnership, that continues to be enhanced. An aspect of this partnership is codified in the Recreation License Agreement (RLA) between the SBBC and the City, which allows BCPS located in the City to utilize the City’s park facilities for recreational purposes.

Town of York, Maine (“Town”) for the construction, maintenance and use of the trail network as shown on the approved subdivision plans for the McIntire Woods Condominium. This agreement shall be attached to and incorporated into the Declaration of Condominium for the McIntire Woods Condominium (the “Condominium”) to be recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds.
