THIS AGREEMENT isentered into byand between the TOWN of PAHRUMP and the UNION. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the TOWN and the UNION; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences, which may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
