Additional or differing terms, conditions or limitations of liability proposed by Seller, whether in a credit terms, quote, acceptance or delivery document shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by Physical Optics Corporation. In particular, any limitation of liability or disclaimer of warranty is expressly rejected.
