These are my goals for taking this course:• To provide EDT4OL students with the facilitation support they need to succeed• To honour my contractual commitments as facilitator for this EDT4OL cohort• To share my experience as an OER course developer This is my proposed design concept for a learning pathway:• As EDT4OL course developer, the learning pathways I authored for this course provide evidence of the design implemented. These are my consequences if I don’t meet my goals: • EDT4OL learners will not necessarily achieve their certificates of completion for the course. These are my rewards / positive consequences if I meet my goals: • Building a cadre of OER online course developers to contribute to a growing inventory of OER online course materials for the Pacific region.
