This Chapter 381 Economic Development Incentive Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and VIASAT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
