This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of June, 2016, by and among the CITY OF JOLIET, an Illinois Municipal Corporation (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “City”) and KETONE ACQUISITIONS, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (hereinafter “Owner”). The City and Owner may sometimes be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
