This Agreement dated this 1st day of July, 2020, and entered into by the Silver Lake Regional School District (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and the Silver Lake Education Association, MTA/NEA, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Union") has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of certain differences between the parties; and the establishment of such rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment as are covered by this Agreement.
