Teachers, Collaborative Learning Leaders (CLLs) and Administrators for PSJA ISD Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) campuses are eligible for performance based compensation for the 2015-2016 school year. For Non TIF campuses only teachers are eligible for performance based compensation for the 2015-2016 school year. The compensation will be determined based on the Performance-Based Compensation Overview and compliance of the criteria listed on this agreement.
