These Conditions of Enrolment AND your Letter of Offer make up the “written agreement” referred to in standard 3 of The National Code of Practice for Registered Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (“National Code 2018”) which governs your enrolment at English Unlimited (“EU”).
