By signing the Acceptance Agreement the student (or the parent/guardian on behalf of a student who is under 18 years of age) agrees to adhere to these Conditions of Enrolment. In return, UNSW Global Pty Limited (UNSW Global), represented by its educational groups UNSW Foundation Studies and UNSW Institute of Languages, agrees to deliver the relevant course(s) of education or training to the student at UNSW Global’s locations in Sydney, Australia.

This form applies to Succeed Training Pty Ltd (trading as Test Tag Courses) ABN 60130 435 933. A binding agreement shall arise between you and Succeed Training, which shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, when you accept the Conditions of Enrolment.

This form applies to NSW Electrical Test & Tagging Pty Ltd (ABN 60130 435 933) A binding agreement shall arise between you and the NSW Electrical Test & Tagging, which shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, when you accept the Conditions of Enrolment by signing the enrolment form where it reads “I have read and agree to the Conditions of Enrolment”
