By signing this Inter-Agency HMIS Data Sharing Agreement, shall be designated a “participating agency” in the County of San Luis Obispo Continuum of Care HMIS. This agency agrees to share select HMIS Universal Data Elements and Program of Enrollment (when authorized to do so by the client) using the County of San Luis Obispo Continuum of Care HMIS (Homeless Management Information System).
