These Maintenance and Support Terms and Conditions (the “Support Terms) between Laser Thermal Analysis, Inc. (“Laser Thermal”) and the Party identified on the applicable Order (“Customer”) for the purpose of providing Customer with maintenance and support for the Products and Licensed Software sold to Customer pursuant to the applicable Order and governed by the Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) (together, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
