Prior to signature, please send a copy via email for initial review. Once approved, a single-sided copy should be printed and signed by the property owner in the presence of a Notary Public. The original, signed document (along with notarization form) is then forwarded to the Public Works Department (attention: Karin Hickey) for remaining signatures. Once the final signatures are obtained, the agreement is taken to the County offices to be recorded. This process can take several weeks, so please plan accordingly.
