This Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement) is made and entered into on this _____ day of _____, 201__, (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Santa Clara, California, a chartered California municipal corporation with its primary business address at 1500 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara, California 95050 (“City”) and (insert property owner name), with its address at (insert property address), a property owner of real property described in this Agreement. City and Property Owner may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” or the “Parties to this Agreement.”

Prior to signature, please send a copy via email for initial review. Once approved, a single-sided copy should be printed and signed by the property owner in the presence of a Notary Public. The original, signed document (along with notarization form) is then forwarded to the Public Works Department (attention: Karin Hickey) for remaining signatures. Once signatures are obtained the Agreement is taken to the County offices to be recorded. This process can take several weeks, so please plan accordingly.
