This Agreement entered into by and between the Town of Farmington, State of Connecticut, hereinafter referred to as the "Town", and the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local No. 331, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Town and Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and establish- ment of rates of pay, hours, of work, working privileges or benefits or any other matters that come within the general meaning of the terms, working conditions or conditions of employment.
