Sealed bids for Project #1073 "Loop Parking Garage & Retail Space” will be received by the City of University City at the City Hall, 6801 Delmar Blvd., until 10:00 A.M. CDT Friday, August 27, 2010 in the 3rd floor, to be then opened in the presence of a Public Works representative, who will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to confirmation by the City Council. A 5% security in the form of cash, a cashier's or certified check or an acceptable bid bond must accompany each bid.
